Two Hearted Ale from Bell's Brewery

By Don

I've had Two Hearted Ale in the past.  I know that Bud brought some over for a football party last year.  And I think I've had some while out to dinner with Rick and the wives before, but I never sat down to review it.  So, after I discovered Oberon Ale from Bell's this summer, I decided to pick up a six pack of Two Hearted Ale to refresh my memory.

Two Hearted Ale is one of Bell's Year-Round brews.  It's an American-style India Pale Ale and has an intense hop aroma.

It pours with a big, frothy head and a golden amber color.  Nice lacing on the glass.

It's 7% ABV and gives you a nice wallop of the bitters, but it's a very easy drinking brew.  At 7%, you'd better be careful not to over-do it on Two Hearted Ale.

"Ring" up another victory for Bell's!

Cheers!
