So, at our recent sampling night, Bud brought over another special treat -- a pint of our local brew pub. Otto's is a brew pub located in State College, PA. Double D IPA is one of their regular offerings.
Double D IPA pours to a nice frothy head and a beautiful copper color. It has a wonderful fruity aroma.
It's bitter...in a good way. Either Bud or Rick called it "puckerlicious." And it's 9.6% ABV.
As we discussed what foods to pair it with, someone said, "There are some beers that are so good, you don't want to eat anything with it!"
